Jiu Jitsu

In our self defense based Jiu Jitsu program, you will learn the skills you can use to defend yourself against larger, stronger more aggressive opponents. As those skills begin to grow, you’ll apply those skills against other skilled opponents as you work your way through the BJJ belt system (White, blue, purple, brown, black).

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Fundamentals

In our self defense based Jiu Jitsu program, you will learn the skills you can use to defend yourself against larger, stronger more aggressive opponents. Confidence growth, etc. You know what good words are.

Sat: 10:00am—11:00am (Kids 5-12)

Advanced

When a student has shown themselves to be an exemplary student & martial artist, they are invited to advanced class. There, we will explore some of the more in depth concepts & positions you may encounter when you counter skill with skill. Only those kids who have distinguished themselves are invited. These are the Navy Seals of kids.

As a new student, you are embarking on a journey that combines physical fitness, mental discipline, and self-defense skills. It's natural to feel a bit overwhelmed at first, but remember that everyone starts as a beginner. Focus on learning the fundamentals, ask questions, and embrace the process.
