Kids Jiu Jitsu

In our Jiu Jitsu based self-defense program, kids will learn the skills they can use to defend themselves against larger, stronger more aggressive opponents. As those skills grow, their confidence increases as well, making them less likely to be targeted by bullies.

Mon/Wed: 4:30pm—5:30pm (Kids 7-12)

Tues/Thurs: 4:30pm—5:30pm (Kids 5-7)

Fri: 11am-12pm (All kids)

Sat: 9am—10am (All kids)

As a new student, you are embarking on a journey that combines physical fitness, mental discipline, and self-defense skills. It's natural to feel a bit overwhelmed at first, but remember that everyone starts as a beginner. Focus on learning the fundamentals, ask questions, and embrace the process.
